ABOUT
Mr. Sly is a British artist known for his bold mixed media collages that blend pop culture nostalgia with a contemporary edge. Inspired by 1980s fashion and design, he uses the old to create the new, layering hand-cut collage elements with paint, spray paint, and resin finishes. Since developing his signature style in 2016, he has collaborated with leading brands including Chelsea FC, L’Oréal, and VANS, as well as athletes from the UFC, Cage Warriors, Matchroom Boxing, and Sky Sports. With collectors across the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond, Mr. Sly’s striking artworks continue to make an impact worldwide.
Mr. Sly’s work combines pop culture references, bold colour palettes, and layered textures to create immersive visual experiences. His pieces often challenge perceptions, inviting the viewer to explore the intersection of nostalgia and contemporary culture. Each artwork is carefully crafted to be both visually striking and conceptually engaging.
Beyond his gallery work, Mr. Sly collaborates with brands and athletes to bring his distinctive style into commercial projects, while still maintaining the originality and authenticity of his personal practice. His growing international following reflects the universal appeal of his dynamic, playful, and thought-provoking art.
